SHIPPING
Shipping is available to Alberta by weight and dimension. Oversize items are charged extra shipping. We offer shipping by Canada Post and/or Canpar. IT IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU PURCHASE ENOUGH SHIPPING INSURANCE TO COVER THE VALUE OF WHAT YOU HAVE SHIPPED.
Our store also allows contactless pickup in St. Albert by appointment.
RETURN POLICY
The quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers is important to us. We perform a thorough inspection of each item prior to shipping to ensure that the item is free of damages or issues. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance on all purchases.
When your item arrives, please indicate on all courier receipts “Subject to Inspection” and inspect it carefully. Should there be an issue, please contact the courier to resolve the issues.
If a product needs to be returned to us, please contact us at info@freshlookdesignbylori.com to arrange for an authorization for the return. If authorized, the package should be shipped within 10 business days of receiving the authorization. Returns should be packaged in their original packaging with a purchase receipt and MUST be in original sellable condition. If approved, a store credit in the form of a gift card will be sent to you. ALL shipping, delivery, handling charges and strip fees as they are non-refundable.
All sales are final on sales items, bedding, shower curtains, cushions, x-mas stock and gift cards.
We provide shipping within Alberta, Canada only. We also offer pickup from the UPS Store in St. Albert by appointment so we can ensure your package has been dropped off to them. You can contact Lori Drinkwater at (780) 419-6059 to make that appointment.
